We are seeking full-time or part-time independent providers to provide assessments and treatments to Early Intervention aged children.

Hourly Rate: $62 - $66/hr

Guaranteed pay ever two weeks; regardless of when state pays.

Handle ALL backend support

Qualifications:

Certified in the State of Illinois for Occupational Therapy

EI credentialed; if not - we can help you get credentialed at no extra cost

Access to transportation; and a valid license

You have an excellent attitude.

You are detail oriented & organized.

Home based therapy for children between the ages of 0-3 years of age.

Second languages are also needed but not necessary
