    Job Description

    Ocean Bay, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER to join our team in Hanahan, South Carolina.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for planning and execution of projects.
    • Direct and indirect supervision of Ocean Bay workforce.
    • Support Ocean Bay Project Management Office (PMO) to define and implement best practices.
    • Support business development activities, to include customer presentations and teaming discussions with potential partners.
    • Support key customer communications to organically develop opportunities on existing contracts.
    • Key contributor to proposal activities to include proposal authoring, pricing development, sub-contractor negotiation, and color team reviews.
    • Direct management of project workforce and project execution.
    • Serve as Program Manager for multiple contracts.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers.
    • Plan and execute Task Order and Contract proposal responses.
    • Manage all aspects of proposal planning and scheduling.

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • US CITIZEN.
    • _ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY POSSESSING AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE (OR HIGHER) WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.  _
    • BS in Engineering/Computer Science, or equivalent.
      • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant technical field, preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years working experience supporting Department of Defense and Federal contracting experience.
    • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
