POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Department is seeking a skilled and talented HR Coordinator to join the HR team. The HR Coordinator will be part of the HR team of 4 and will support the Chief People and Culture Officer. This is a fast-paced role and requires someone with good communication (written and verbal), organization, calendar management, department management, writing and advance computer skills.
The ideal candidate possesses strong judgment, prioritization and organizational skills and can drive tasks/projects to completion under limited supervision and as part of a team. They are tech savvy, with high proficiency with Office 365 applications and able to catch on to various other Human Resources systems quickly.

COMPENSATION LANGUAGE
Ocean Conservancy is committed to equity in its pay practices and posts the minimum and midpoint of the range for each of its open positions. Salary is based on a nonprofit scale and commensurate with the skills, years of experience and unique background of the candidate. Salary minimum is $56,400; salary midpoint is $70,000. Salary may be higher as appropriate for the selected candidate, with internal equity being considered.
