Duties/Responsibilities
· Report directly to the Property Manager.
· Responsible for assisting owners poolside or beachside with any requests (i.e. water, umbrellas, towels, etc.)
· Take responsibility for all owner requests and complaints, strive to address issues as soon as possible, and follow up to ensure the owners are satisfied.
· Greet all guests upon their arrival, distribute towels, offer seating assistance, and provide continuous guest service, exceeding guest expectations, and all other supporting services.
· Sets up and ensures straight and luxury presentation of pool and beach chairs daily.
· Follow all safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals.
· Checks pH and chlorine levels in the pool and spa daily.
· Ensures general upkeep of pool ADA elevator.
· Ensures general upkeep of pool equipment (i.e., pool heaters, pumps, filters) and reports issues timely to the Property Manager.
· Maintains cleanliness and presentation of the pool and beach area.
· Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of pool and beach furniture.
· Rakes beach in the morning.
· Reports any incidents, issues, or broken equipment to the Property Manager.
· Cleans pool glass daily.
· Possesses excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
· Cleans pool signage daily.
· Collaborates with other departments to ensure an exceptional living experience.
· Maintains towel supply in Owner’s Lounge.
· Responsible for collecting soiled towels and trash.
· Responsible for enforcing all pool rules as well as reporting violators.
· Ensures only owners and their guests are utilizing the pool, beach, and Owner’s Lounge.
· Replaces all equipment to proper place at the end of the shift.
· Know the length and depth of all pools, as well as how many laps it takes to complete a mile in meters and feet.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling.
· Moving and lifting large furniture.
· Must be physically able to operate power equipment.
· Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
