We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team at a local insurance company. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling personal lines insurance. Ensuring smooth operations, maximizing satisfaction rates, and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and referral partners. Your primary goal will be to optimize your performance and profitability of the assigned leads while maintaining high relationship standards with other lead sources to build a quality brand and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service. • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverages to protect their assets. • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. • Embrace a growth mindset and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adjust old habits, if necessary. • Demonstrate a positive and optimistic attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues. • Maintain organized records of client information and policy details. • Uphold a professional image and conduct business in accordance with industry standards and company policies. Client Services • Effectively communicate insurance options and policies to clients over the phone. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Setup Automations with responses • Cancellations & Issue Resolution Owner Communication • Regularly communicate with manager, providing updates on sales performance, revenue, and addressing any concerns or requests you may have. • Re-shops • Attend networking events Financial Management • Monitor sales revenue and outstanding items to ensure timely compensation of commissions • Work with the finance team and regular reports for the agency Compliance and Regulations • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and licensing requirements related to insurance. • Continuously learn and adapt to changing industry trends and regulations. Market Research • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competition, and make informed recommendations for improvements or adjustments to property management strategies. Team Collaboration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and corporate to ensure seamless operations and an excellent guest experience. Performance Tracking • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as closing rates, revenue, client satisfaction, and reviews. • Commission Payouts • Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Qualifications: • Must have Property & Casualty Broker-Agent License • Strong customer service background, with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences. • Ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners and contribute to the longevity of the company. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with loan officers, realtors, financial advisors and other referral sources. • Proficiency in technology and tools, including CRM system (Salesforce) and Outlook If you are an ambitious and customer-focused individual with a passion for insurance and a desire to excel in a sales-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.
