Job Description

Call Center Representatives are the liaison between our company and potential clients. You will be responsible for transferring high quality leads to licensed Mortgage Originators by:

• Using interpersonal and rapport building skills

• Managing large volume of outbound and inbound calls

• Strong communication, both written and verbal

• Phone skills and computer literacy

• In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services

• Following call center “SCRIPTS” when handling different topics

• Identifying customers needs by engaging conversation and going the extra mile

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse

  array of customers over the phone.

• A desire to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

• Data entry, email, customer relationship management software.

• Make 250+ calls per day by calling leads from the internal system and converting

  them.

• No prior knowledge of Loan Origination needed, this is an entry-level position

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $14 per hour plus transfer bonus structure
