Sea Import Coordinator — Contract
Pay: Up to $25/hr

Join our dynamic team as a Sea Import Coordinator! In this contract role (with potential for hire), you’ll manage sea import shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open import files and prepare documentation

• Track shipments and update import statuses

• Coordinate with shippers, truckers, steamship lines, and customs brokers

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates

• Process invoices and verify shipment details

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies

• Negotiate rates with service providers

• Support overseas offices and local sales with quotes
