JOB PURPOSE

The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Manager represents the Agency’s management on a day-to-day basis at the Client level. The Account Manager plays a key role in developing subordinates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and supports efforts to engage with clients to identify key strategic goals and formulate innovative, actionable media plans that meet or exceed goals and drive client business
• Builds strong relationships with clients and manage day to day relationships
• Fosters a strong strategic relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization
• Provides support in day-to-day communications with the client, handling requests including plan revisions, budget changes, media POVs, marketplace updates
• Owns all internal aspects of day-to-day account management
• Develops client knowledge to begin architecting strategic plans and tests for the account
• Partners with all cross-functional teams to assess performance, recommend optimizations and develop media plans to best maximize ROI
• Stays abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices
• Provides insight and ideas for agency development to Senior Management
• Supports third party client relationships as may be required (e.g. – creative relationships, etc.)
• Follows all company health and safety procedures
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

5-7 years related experience required

Digital Media experience required
