WHAT YOU WILL DO & WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

The Human Resources Intern will partner with representatives from all business functions to turn boring job specifications into engaging job profiles, that truly convey the dynamic and innovative work being done at Ocean Spray. You will learn all about our business, along with how to evaluate jobs and align them to core competencies. In addition, you will gain experience with our best-in-class HR tech platform, Workday.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Strong technical aptitude
• Ability to extrapolate meaning from incomplete or ambiguous information
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic

Currently pursing any level of certification or degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or closely associated field

Additional Information

DURATION & LOCATION:

• Position will start on June 1, 2020 and run for twelve weeks
• Traditional workweek with Summer Fridays (8:00am-12:30pm); flexibility and off-site work may be required for project travel, experimental test runs, customer discovery
• Position is located at our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA (about 45 minutes South of Boston – Exit 6 off of Rte.495)
