Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and friendly stocker to join the team at our successful store. As a stocker, you will monitor the levels of inventory in our store and maintain appropriate inventory levels. You will increase sales by ensuring we always have sufficient levels of the products our customers desire.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory on shelves, in coolers fully stocked and always facing the front, clean, and return any misplaced items back to original place.

Break down used boxes and take to designated dumpster.

Identifying to Management team out-of-stock products.

Preserve store safety standards and inform management about any store violations that would have an effect on store performance.

Upkeep store standards with cleanliness on sales floor, stock room, restrooms, etc.

Able to lift 30 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb for up to 8 - 10 consecutive hours.

Daily duties may include extended periods in a refrigerated work environment.

This location is open until 2am on the weekends.

This location has 1 flight of stairs, you must be able to climb the stairs with merchandise throughout your shift.

Qualifications

Previous experience in merchandising is preferred

Understanding best practices in customer service and sales

Strong communication skills and willingness to work well with supervisor and coworkers in a team environment
