Job Description

The Housekeeping Support Attendant is responsible for cleaning and polishing the marina and public restrooms, lobby, most other public spaces, assisting and working in laundry, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the resort and deliver outstanding guest service.

Skills

· Thoroughly clean restrooms, hallways, stairwells, foyers and elevators which includes vacuuming, dusting, polishing, straightening furniture and decor, cleaning/sanitizing surfaces and waste removal.

· Work and assist in laundry.

· Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.

· Obtain amenities and supplies for room attendants.

· Respond to guest questions and provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.

· Provide instruction/guidance for guest and employee safety in fire or other emergency situations.

· Support the department in any area that will maintain the building and guest service to hotel standards.

· Must be ready to step in and support coworkers and team as needed to ensure efficient operation.

· Performs special assignments and projects as requested.

Qualifications: · ust be local to Key West or within driving distance to the resort – we do not have employee housing of any kind! · Experience working in housekeeping and a resort environment is preferrable.

· Candidates should currently be living within driving distance of Key West.
