    Octagon Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team in the Fort Lauderdale area. In this role, you will use your experience in graphic design and digital marketing to create stunning visuals that align with our client's branding guidelines, promote their brand and ongoing projects.

    As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with various business units to develop artwork, graphics, and other materials to support marketing efforts. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and coordinate projects across a variety of digital marketing initiatives, proposals, and Request for Proposals (RFPs). You will be responsible for managing multiple diverse projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.     Responsibilities:

    DESIGN:

    Serve as the company’s in-house graphic designer and marketing coordinator.

    Create and supply content for public relations and social media marketing efforts.

    Ensure consistent branding throughout all media.

    Assist with the roll-out of RFPs and project proposals.

    PRODUCTION / MANAGEMENT:

    Manage orders and inventory for ANF’s:

    Project Signage

    Safety Signage

    Apparel

    Marketing Collateral

    MARKETING SUPPORT:

    Serve as backup for website’s management.

    Assist with the upcoming website redesign.

    Assist with events coordination and production of event-related materials.

    Support internal and external presentation efforts.

    Qualifications:

    Four (4) year degree in art, design, marketing, or related curriculum; work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Five or more (5+) years of design experience.

    Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Acrobat, Express).

    Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).

    Extensive knowledge of print, electronics, and graphics media.

    Extensive knowledge of graphic printing specifications (e.g., resolution, vectors, color modes, file formatting, bleeds/margins, etc.).

    Must be able to handle multiple tasks and have strong organizational skills.

    Capable of adhering to deadlines while working on multiple, diverse projects.

    Creative problem-solving skills.

    Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Reliable transportation to travel locally and perform multiple job-related tasks.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Ability to work/attend occasional functions on nights and weekends. (<10%)

    Understanding of the construction industry is preferred but not required.
