Octagon Talent Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a talented Workday Implementation Architect or Integrations Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of Workday HRIS for one of our clients in Fort Lauderdale. As our Workday Implementation Manager, you'll work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute the strategy for implementation and integrations. You will also manage the project team, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the project scope and quality standards.     Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute the project plan for the implementation/integrations of Workday HRIS modules: HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll

    Manage the project team and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the project scope and quality standards.

    Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute the strategy for integrations within the HCM module.

    Lead the design, configuration, and testing of the Workday HRIS system.

    Collaborate with HR personnel to ensure that the Workday HRIS system meets their needs.

    Develop and maintain project documentation.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    Workday HRIS certification is required.

    At least 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation.

    Experience managing a project team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and processes.

    Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
