    MEDIA BUYER (BASE SALARY AS LISTED PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION!)

    Join Our Team! This role is a member of our core business (paid advertising) team. As an experienced and resilient Media Buyer, you’ll use your skills in campaign and client relationship management to create and oversee successful user acquisition strategies. Using the goals provided by the Head of Media Buying, you’ll ensure that campaigns reach target audiences through high-quality channels to achieve the strongest possible metrics while staying within the outlined budgets. You have a deep understanding of various media channels and tools and can cultivate strong business and internal relationships, effectively solve problems, and display exemplary communication skills. Your ability to multitask and quickly switch gears will contribute to your success in this role! You’ll thrive in our environment if you are motivated to learn and pursue solutions, sometimes without the help of others. That’s not to say that we’ll leave you in the dark, but you let your ambition drive you, asking smart questions along the way!

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create and implement effective media buying strategies across all acquisition channels.
    • Manage designated campaigns’ optimizations through ongoing analysis to meet KPIs and goals.
    • Monitor install counts, costs, margins, LTVs and other KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure an overall return on investment.
    • Proactively provide updates to the Head of Media Buying regarding any changes impacting acquisition.
    • Build and maintain client relationships using a multitude of communication methods to ensure long-term, successful partnerships.
    • Collaborate with various teams on new and existing product development and strategies, data analysis and reporting, legal compliance, and creative testing.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • 4+ years of media buying experience in managing performance-based ad campaigns and driving traffic to desktop and mobile applications.
    • Strong analytic skills are a must
    • Desire to work in a dynamic, high change environment
    • Ability to switch gears quickly and multitask is critical!
    • Comfortable with managing various platforms such as: Facebook Ads, Instagram,
    • Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tiktok
    • Effectively utilizes critical thinking and detail orientation skills.
    • Proven ability to strategize user acquisition campaigns including research, implementation and optimization.
    • Fosters a positive and collaborative rapport with partners and colleagues
    • Clear and professional communication through email, messenger and phone with both co-workers and partners
    • Continued desire to learn about the industry, advertising trends and tools and confident to seek the information necessary to succeed
