Skilled Construction Laborer

Full-time, year-round position with benefits.

Oddo Development is looking for an experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to join the maintenance team for our residential and commercial properties in southern Johnson County.

The Skilled Construction Laborer’s duties will include carpentry, wall framing, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, painting, building decks and remodeling apartment communities. Must have the ability to operate manual and mechanical equipment necessary to complete jobs. We are looking for diligent, hardworking, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who will be valuable additions to our team.
