34 beds: 23 ICU & 11 Telemetry
M-F evening shift: 4-10s or 5-8s.
Flexible: 12p - 10p, 2p – 10p or 2p – 12p.
Resource to staff on night shift, carrying the manager messages and lessons of the day to night shift.
