    The Role you will Play

    • Report to the Nurse Manager
      • Management style: Collaborative
    • ~70 FTEs: NCCU & Float Pool
    • 34 beds: 23 ICU & 11 Telemetry
    • M-F evening shift: 4-10s or 5-8s.
    • Flexible: 12p - 10p, 2p – 10p or 2p – 12p.
    • Resource to staff on night shift, carrying the manager messages and lessons of the day to night shift.
    • Budget, staff scheduling, hiring, fellowship, agency tracking.
    • Participating in committees such as Code Blue, stroke, etc.
    • Participate in the development of programs such as STAT nurse, Stroke program goals, track all current audits, etc.
