The Roll You’ll Play:
- Level I Trauma Center – This is two units that are growing 50 bed post trauma and 25 bed trauma ICU
- Adding burn unit
- Approx. 6000 trauma patients/year
- Approx. 100 FTEs
- Develop and Mentor Staff
- Works collaboratively with physicians, staff, and other supporting areas to achieve departmental goals

Minimum Qualifications:
- Looking for a Masters’ prepared individual: MBA, MHA, MSN or NPH
- Experience: Ideally Level I or II trauma center experience but open to level III (Case by case).
- Must have trauma or critical care leadership experience.
- Experience providing direction and support to multiple managers.
- Expert in surgical specialties.
- Key indicators: Creating vision, providing direction, improving employee engagement and promoting overall quality of care.
