    COMPENSATION

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    You'll join a full-service general practice firm as Of Counsel with a direct path to equity partnership. The role is built around your existing book: you'll originate, service, and cross-sell across the firm's practice areas, working with associates and paralegals to leverage your time. The firm's preferred practice areas include transactional real estate, corporate/M&A, employment (employer-side), and litigation, but the firm is open to other practices where a strong portable book exists.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Experience: 8+ years of legal practice with a portable book of business of $500K+ (minimum)

    • Demonstrated track record of independently building and sustaining client relationships

    • Ability to originate work, service it, and cross-sell across a full-service platform

    • Comfortable operating as a trusted generalist counselor to business clients

    Preferred:

    • Practice in transactional real estate, corporate, M&A, employment (employer-side), or litigation

    • Rooted in the Pacific Northwest legal community

    • Background at a small-to-mid-size firm or in solo/small group practice

    Bar Admission: Active Washington State Bar membership required (or willingness to be admitted on motion)

    LOGISTICS

    Location: Seattle, WA (single office)

    Work Policy: Office-centric — 60–70% of attorneys are in the office daily. Partner-level hires have schedule flexibility, but active office presence is expected and is culturally important. Relocation candidates from the broader Pacific Northwest or Bay Area will be considered; Pacific NW-based candidates preferred.
