Off-Site Catering Specialist
Position Summary
The Off-Site Catering Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing off-site pizza catering events to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role involves working closely with clients and operations staff to deliver high-quality food, exceptional service, and smooth event logistics outside the restaurant location.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
Follow detailed event plans including staffing, equipment, and transportation.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure menu preparation meets event requirements.
Must be able to hitch and drive a trailer to and from event locations.
Event Execution
execute set-up, service, and breakdown of off-site events.
Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained during transportation and service.
Ensure you are providing friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and effectively.
Logistics & Administration
Follow catering schedules, deliveries, and transportation of equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory of catering supplies and ensure readiness for events.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in catering, events, or hospitality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and catering best practices.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
