    We are looking for a MOTIVATED individual with sales experience and drive to be the best! Sales experience is required, Real Estate experience is NOT required, but is a plus. This is a Remote Position This position is for a person who loves helping people and excels at creating "win-win" deals. We are looking for driven salespeople who build relationships quickly. This is a commission-only sales position, and we are looking for proven closers that can drive big revenue. You will be given high quality inbound leads, and can expect to do 5-6 sales appointments per day over the phone where you will fact-find, understand the motivation behind wanting to sell, negotiate on price, and close the prospect over the phone. Responsibilities: • Reach out and get contracts from inbound leads/homeowners that want to sell their home. • Achieving 3-4 sales a week and 150-200k a month in pipeline. • Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more. • Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task. • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software. • Must have proficient closing ability. • Love helping people and great at building rapport. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude Qualifications: • Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems. • Quick starter. • Can follow instructions and is detail oriented. • Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Experience. • No Real Estate Experience Required, but preferred. • Door to Door, Automotive Sales, Solar and other Commission-Only sale experience is a plus • High School Diploma. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
