You will join a fast-paced real estate investment sales team where you will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with homeowners. You’ll be following up on the phone, with warm to hot leads, taking them through our proven sales process and passing them on to our closers. We invest heavily in our team. We don't expect you to be an expert in real estate or sales but we do expect you to be coachable and have the desire to be your very best each and every day. Responsibilities: • Nurture clients through the sales cycle • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Willing and able to learn our sales process • Continues coaching and training to improve sales and communication • Being on the phone following our scripts • Manage leads and follow up daily through a CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections • Long-term, consistent follow up with sales prospects • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients • If you are a top performer and motivated for success you will strive in this company Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Must be excessively motivated to perform • A strong desire to learn and follow processes • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating with clients and team members • Customer Service experience • Sense of urgency for goal achievement • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Great communicator and persuasive • Performs well under pressure • High call volume experience Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
