OCTO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Office 365 Junior Systems Administrator to support the District’s Microsoft 365environment. The Junior Administrator will assist with the daily management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on providing responsive and effective end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to end-users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
·Address and troubleshoot client-side issuesrelated to Microsoft 365, handling escalations from OctoHelps and working toresolve tickets efficiently.
·Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senioradministrators and other relevant IT staff as needed.
·Perform bulk activations, user setup, andlicense assignments within the Microsoft 365 admin center to support useronboarding and maintenance.
·Collaborate with senior administrators and ITteam members to implement best practices, improve support processes, andenhance user experience.
·Develop and deliver user training on Microsoft365 features, and create documentation to help end-users maximize theplatform’s capabilities.
· Actively monitor and report on system performance and security, identifying potential issues proactively to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
Well versed in Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
Experience with endpoint management usinb various MDM services, (Workspace One, Intune)
Familiarity with Exchange Online.
Ability to follow structured migration and onboarding processes.
Strong communication skills for providing effective user training and support.
