  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a skilled office admin/ bookkeeper. This office-based role is crucial to the daily functioning of the entire team.

    ****Responsibilities:

    • Office phone and communication coverage
    • Assist in the Process of Accounts Payable
    • Assist in the processing of Accounts Receivable
    • Bank Reconciliations
    • Assist financial reports and other projects
    • Assist in the processing of weekly timecards for payroll
    • Performs other duties as requested in line with an office manager/bookkeeper

    Expereince / Skills:

    • Previous Experience in bookkeeping preferred

    • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Good interpersonal skills are necessary

    • Perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint)

    • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience working in office admin and or bookkeeping

    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

    • Certified Bookkeepers encouraged to apply
