We are looking for a skilled office admin/ bookkeeper. This office-based role is crucial to the daily functioning of the entire team.

Expereince / Skills:
Previous Experience in bookkeeping preferred
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills are necessary
Perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint)
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience working in office admin and or bookkeeping
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Certified Bookkeepers encouraged to apply
