The Role As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the essential foundation that keeps our water damage restoration business operating efficiently. You'll establish organized systems, manage detailed records, and be a reassuring first point of contact for clients facing property emergencies. Your ability to stay methodical and focused while showing genuine compassion to distressed customers will make a meaningful impact on people when they need help the most. You'll coordinate our response teams, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure every client feels supported during what might be one of their most stressful experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and serve as a compassionate first point of contact for clients in crisis
Create detailed tracking systems for emergency job leads and client information
Maintain organized databases and filing systems
Coordinate response team schedules during time-sensitive situations
Manage office supply inventory and ensure a clean, orderly workspace

$20-$25 per hour
