  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a friendly, creative, and open-minded Office Admin to join our med spa team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with helping us grow on social media.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet clients and handle front desk duties (phones, scheduling, check-ins)

    Assist with office organization and daily support

    Take photos/videos of treatments and client transformations (before/afters)

    Be comfortable both behind the camera (filming/editing) and in front of the camera (simple clips, voiceovers, fun content)

    Post and engage on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

    What We’re Looking For:

    Friendly and approachable personality

    Open-minded, creative, and willing to try new ideas

    Comfortable on social media (posting, stories, reels, etc.)

    Basic knowledge of editing apps (Canva, CapCut, or similar) — or willing to learn

    Organized and reliable with office tasks
