    KC Mechanical, Vermont’s leading commercial kitchen service company, is looking for an Admin / Dispatcher / Scheduler to join our office team. You'll help coordinate technicians across Northern and Central Vermont, working closely with the rest of our scheduling and parts teams.

    If you’ve worked in a call center, customer service desk, or office admin role and want a position with more ownership and real teamwork, this might be the perfect fit.

    What You'll Do:

    Schedule service calls and dispatch techs throughout Vermont

    Answer customer calls and update work orders

    Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed

    Communicate daily with technicians, parts managers, and other schedulers

    Keep things running smoothly and customers informed

    We’re Looking For:

    Friendly and clear communicator (phone and email)

    Able to juggle multiple calls and tasks at once

    Confident with basic computer systems and scheduling tools

    Positive, collaborative mindset

    In-person availability in our Colchester office
