What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering inbound calls and responding to leads

Scheduling appointments and services with precision and speed

Following up with customers and keeping communication lines open

Supporting our sales, dispatch, and operations teams with day-to-day admin tasks

Keeping job info organized, updated, and tracked across systems

Jumping in wherever needed to help the team stay on top of it all
