Office Administrator / HR Support - Bi-Lingual
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office and HR-related functions. This role plays a key part in supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with onboarding, training, and payroll processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer service orders
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting onboarding and orientation, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring required paperwork is completed
- Providing recruitment support and assisting with training initiatives
- Assisting with payroll processes, including data entry and audits
- Addressing employee questions and helping resolve workplace concerns
- General data entry and administrative support
- Ordering food and assisting with on-site events
- Attending distribution center functions as needed
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Must be available to work one late shift per week (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Overtime and weekend availability is required when needed
- Pay: DOE
