    Office Administrator / HR Support - Bi-Lingual

    We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office and HR-related functions. This role plays a key part in supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with onboarding, training, and payroll processes.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing customer service orders
    • Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation
    • Supporting onboarding and orientation, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring required paperwork is completed
    • Providing recruitment support and assisting with training initiatives
    • Assisting with payroll processes, including data entry and audits
    • Addressing employee questions and helping resolve workplace concerns
    • General data entry and administrative support
    • Ordering food and assisting with on-site events
    • Attending distribution center functions as needed

    Requirements:

    • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Schedule & Pay:

    • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Must be available to work one late shift per week (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
    • Overtime and weekend availability is required when needed
    • Pay: DOE
