    BrightStar Care is a national provider of home health services including both skilled and nonskilled care in the home which is delivered through our national network of more than 415 independently owned offices.

    What we need

    Due to our rapid growth, we are in urgent need of an office administrative professional who can multitask across all key operational departments. This role will be responsible for specific tasks within each functional area of the business including daily operations, recruiting, clinical scheduling and client support.

    Qualifications

    Administration/operations experience a must.

    Customer service skills: 1 year (Preferred)

    Occasional on-call (after hours) responsibilities required.

    Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

    Skills in database management and record keeping.

    Ability to maintain highly confidential client & employee records.

    Outstanding communication skills and able to effectively interact with caregivers, Nurses, clients and potential clients and their families.

    Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and demonstrates a consistent, solution-oriented work style.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Technology proficient across multiple platforms

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

    Maintains and audits client files in adherence with applicable local and national requirements.

    Performs reference checks for potential employees.

    Accepts and processes incoming phone calls, including customer calls, employees call and potential new client calls.

    Other office and administrative tasks as requested and required.

    Assisting in the scheduling day to day when call outs happen/New clients onboard

    24/7/30 Touch points for Clients/Employees

    Assisting the Recruiter with Orientation/New Hires
