    Compensation: $24–$28/hr

    A growing company in the Arcadia area is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations in a fully onsite role.     Responsibilities include:

    • General office and administrative support
    • Managing mail, packages, and office supplies
    • Data entry and CRM updates
    • Assisting with sales support tasks, including preparing and shipping samples
    • Coordinating meetings, events, and other office needs
    • Supporting additional administrative projects as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Comfortable with data entry and CRM systems
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required
    • Must be able to work onsite in Arcadia
