    We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing daily operations, supporting multiple departments, and keeping the office running smoothly.

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Onsite – Boston, MA

    What You'll Bring:

    2–3 years of administrative experience

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

    Knowledgeable in Legal and Labor laws

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    Ability to multitask and work independently

    Reliable transportation (must drive and own a car)

    Key Duties:

    Calendar management & scheduling

    Daily reports

    Document drafting and editing

    Travel and expense coordination

    Supporting HR and executive teams
