Job Responsibilities:
Maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and document control, support reformatting, updates, filing, and ensuring current versions are properly maintained (production, vendor, and compliance records.)
Maintain and track permits, certifications, registrations and compliance with local, state, and federal licenses and registrations
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars
Coordinate employee travel for operational needs and site visits, including flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and training in ADP, including preparing onboarding materials and maintaining onboarding, training, and employee documentation records.
Assist with organizing employee performance review schedules, maintaining related documentation, and supporting leadership with tracking completion of review cycles.
Assist with tracking PTO and providing weekly dashboard to executive team
Post job openings, schedule interviews, assist with job offers and terminations
Assist with NDA routing and management of NDA list
Updates with release management of HR Employee Handbook
Maintain office and break room areas with cleaning schedule and inventory management and supplies, submitting purchase requisitions, and other general office duties as the arise

Job Requirements:
5+ years of administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Onedrive, Sharepoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point), Adobe PDF, Docusign
Basic knowledge of HR practices; ADP a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
