    Glass Flooring Systems is a fast-growing leader in high-end architectural glass products, working with top-tier builders, architects, and developers across the country. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our operations and help keep our business running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks

    Accounts payable & receivable (invoicing, collections, vendor payments)

    Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

    Support sales and project teams with administrative tasks

    Coordinate shipping paperwork and production schedules

    Maintain organized records, files, and internal systems

    Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members

    Qualifications

    Experience with QuickBooks (required)

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Professional communication skills (phone & email)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus
