Job Description: Office Administrator
CamaPlan is a self-directed IRA/401k administrator focused on educating clients and partners about investing in alternative assets through self-directed qualified retirement plans. The Office Administrator reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Requirements:
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management is required.
• Solid knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft software, excel, word, outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, clients and vendors.
• Ability to interact with and report to senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with and coordinate tasks with individuals and groups.
Responsibilities:
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including date entry, ledger management and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain office supplies inventories to prevent disruption/rush orders.
• Maintain/monitor contracts/deliverables.
• Manage employee records, including attendance and payroll, HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Maintain emergency liaison list.
• Assist with planning/execution of internal office events.
• Participate in special projects in operations as assigned.
Success Factors:
• Assisting Director of Finance and Operations.
• Accurate and timely administration of human resource benefits and payroll.
• Timely and accurate financial reporting.
