Support clinical trial and clinical testing teams by maintaining inventory of supplies, shipping to trial sites and customers, and corresponding regarding clinical sample shipping, receipt, and needs
Receive clinical samples and enter data into internal tracking system
Ship and receive products, manage logistics of shipping, tracking, etc.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Manage office and lab inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies
Coordinate maintenance and testing of facility infrastructure
Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures
Answer and route phone calls; take and deliver messages; perform first level customer support using FAQs
Accept, sort, and scan mail
Greet and register visitors
Support planning and execution of work events as needed
Support Cofactor team with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements & Competencies
1-3 years experience in an administrative role
Experience working in a team environment
Willingness to drive short distances to support company needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to organize inventory needs
Familiar with Mac operating system and Google platforms preferred
Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn new software programs efficiently
Emotionally intelligent and able to adapt to all situations with a positive and friendly attitude
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Experience in a laboratory or medical environment preferred
