    About the Role:

    Join Consulting Technology Company as an Office Administrator in our Ronkonkoma, NY office! This part-time, in-person role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support our team and clients with exceptional administrative skills.

    Hours M-F 9am -2PM.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

    Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.

    Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing systems.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

    Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.

    Support bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed.

    Implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.

    Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and project management.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.

    Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

    Local candidates preferred, as this is an in-person position.
