    Position Overview: We’re looking for a reliable, outgoing, and detail-oriented Showroom & Office Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our showroom—greeting customers, answering phone calls, and supporting our designers and sales team.

    You’ll help create a positive customer experience while keeping daily showroom and office operations running smoothly through a variety of administrative tasks. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet customers warmly and partner with our designers to highlight our innovative Murphy beds, custom closets, and home office solutions Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly, ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient Prepare sales documents and order paperwork accurately to keep projects moving smoothly Support daily office flow — scheduling appointments, processing orders, filing, and staying organized Collaborate using Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets to keep the team aligned and projects on track Maintain an inviting showroom ready to impress every visitor Deliver outstanding customer service that makes clients feel valued and confident in their choices Commit to part-time schedule (Thu/Fri/Sat) with flexibility for occasional extra shifts when needed

    Required Experience & Qualifications
