Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Handle client communications and maintain positive relationships.
Organize and maintain files and documentation accurately.

Support the preparation of documents and correspondence.
Facilitate office supplies management.
Act as liason between partners, staff and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
