    We are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator / Executive Assistant (English/Greek) to support our executive leadership team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Greek. Experience with ADP Run payroll/HR system is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel.

    Provide bilingual (English/Greek) communication support.

    Assist with HR and payroll tasks in ADP Run.

    Coordinate all office operations: vendors, invoices, supplies, and mail.

    Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

    Act as liaison between executives, staff, and partners.

    Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in office administration or executive support.

    Fluent in Greek and English (required).

    Familiarity with ADP Run strongly preferred.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Authorized to work in the US.
