    Office Administrator / Executive Assistant

    Jacob Hamilton Gardens Landscape Design & Maintenance Company

    We are a growing landscape design and maintenance company seeking a highly organized and personable Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to support our daily operations.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and enjoys being the central point of coordination between clients and our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage incoming emails and respond in a timely, professional manner

    Answer and direct phone calls with excellent customer service

    Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, and appointments

    Assist with job scheduling (experience is a plus) and other office tasks

    Order office, project supplies as needed and maintain apparel inventory

    Maintain organized records and support general administrative tasks

    Support marketing efforts through social media and promotional materials.

    Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    Strong computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

    Previous administrative or assistant experience

    Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

    Landscape industry experience is a plus

    Compensation based on experience. $60-75,000
