  • Responsibilities

    CPA in need of a new administrative employee. Applicants should be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. Job duties will include answering phones, emails, typing letters, assembling client tax filings, document management, compiling records, and other administrative tasks. You will interact with management and company accountants. Excellent organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities: Requirements: • Office/Administrative experience • Ability to multitask • Ability to take direction and work independent of supervision • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook • Efficient, accurate and professional • Punctual and strong work ethic • Accounting office experience preferred • Software familiarity would be a plus: Safesend, Doc-it • Bilingual a plus Qualifications: Please email your resume and cover letter in PDF format.
