Compensation and Benefits: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Develop and refine operational systems to maximize efficiency and minimize errors. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process. • Oversee the preparation, review, and compliance of contracts and documentation. • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors to guarantee smooth transactions. • Identify potential challenges in processes and proactively implement solutions. • Provide operational and administrative support to agents and leadership. • Maintain organized records using CRM and transaction management systems. • Collaborate on team and client events, ensuring flawless execution. • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating materials for listings and outreach. • Support on-site tasks such as property preparations and lockbox management as needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
