    We are a supplier of precision aerospace structures providing engineering, testing, validation, and program management for our clients. We were founded to address the needs of the spacecraft and aerospace vehicle community where quality, deadlines, and cost are increasingly key to the success of a program. We are looking to add to our agile and talented team of manufacturing personnel to continue our mission.

    Position: Office Administrator I

    Description:

    The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing support with general administrative work for other departments as needed. This may include printing, copying, faxing, filing, data entry, emailing, and task prioritizing, assisting with various projects, and pro-actively keeping up with the team needs.

    Fundamental Requirements:

    · Effective communication both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

    · Welcome on-site visitors

    · Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and or deliveries

    · Order office and shop supplies

    · Must be a US Citizen or permanent legal resident

    · Regular attendance at the worksite

    · Capable of recognizing and solving typical problems that can occur in own work area, evaluates, and selects solutions from established options

    · Basic mathematic skills

    · Strong work character: honesty, punctual, integrity

    · Detail oriented

    · Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work area

    · Positive, strong, responsible intensely professional work character

    · Some basic accounting entries

    Technical Skills:

    · Read, write, and speak English

    · Maintain a meticulous work environment

    · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

    · QuickBooks experience preferred

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Supports special projects, tracks actions items and deliverables

    · Perform clerical work such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

    · Responsible for incoming packages and providing recipient notification

    · Performs clerical duties for all departments

    · Assists office staff with day-to-day operations

    · Direct visitors to the appropriate department and or person

    · Coordinates employee support for the departments (timesheet administration/auditing, training requirements, supply/equipment orders)

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and record systems

    · Maintain confidential records and reports

    · Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements

    · Conduct meetings or presentations

    Education & Experience:

    · High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred

    · Administration:1 year (preferred)

    · Aerospace: 1 year (preferred)
