Full-time Office Administrator for an industrial cleaning chemicals and services provider. Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, support leadership, and coordinate admin workflows.
Key Responsibilities – Office Administrator
- Manage office operations, supplies, and inventory
- First point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate rooms
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Process invoices and expense reports; basic bookkeeping
- Support HR onboarding and maintain personnel files
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and building management
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Assist with events and special projects
Qualifications – Office Administrator
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years in administrative or office coordination roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong organization, accuracy, and prioritization
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Discretion with confidential information
- Able to lift or move up to 20 lbs
Preferred Qualifications – Office Administrator
- Experience in chemicals, facilities, distribution, or field service environments
- Basic AP/AR or bookkeeping exposure
- Experience improving office SOPs and vendor management
