    About the Role

    We're looking for a rock-solid administrative assistant to keep our office running smoothly. You'll support all departments, solve problems before they become problems, and keep the wheels turning. This isn't a public-facing role—your focus will be on behind-the-scenes operations that make our guest experience shine.

    What You'll Do

    • Answer and route calls with professionalism
    • Monitor office supplies & place orders
    • Troubleshoot basic office tech (printers, wifi, etc.)
    • Handle shipping tasks: print labels, schedule pickups, prepare outgoing items
    • Be the go-to for utilities, vendors, or office equipment issues
    • Plan and book travel arrangements
    • Jump in to support projects across departments as needed

    What You Bring

    • Strong communication skills (phone + email)
    • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, HubSpot, Dialpad, and general tech tools
    • Experience in administrative or customer service roles
    • Friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
    • A proactive, helpful attitude and the belief that “if you're early, you're on time”
