A well-established investment firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of its office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, including greeting guests, handling calls, and coordinating supplies
Provide general administrative support across teams, including meeting coordination and scheduling
Maintain a clean, professional, and well-functioning office environment
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Support onboarding logistics and assist with internal communications
Help plan and execute internal events and meetings as needed
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail at all times
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office administration or a related support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive and service-oriented mindset
Ability to handle tasks with discretion and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $75,000 – $85,000, based on experience
