    Position Overview:
    Our client, a leading Investment Firm, is seeking an energetic and resourceful Office Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our investment professionals. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting a collaborative and efficient work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

    • Assist with client correspondence, document preparation, and presentation formatting

    • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and professional

    • Support compliance and recordkeeping processes in coordination with internal teams

    • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and help manage confidential documents securely

    • Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordination of internal communications

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries with professionalism and discretion

    • Support team-wide projects, events, and initiatives as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

    • High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    • Professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
