This individual will play a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment while also providing high-level administrative support to select senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive, professional, and well-equipped work environment
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, and office service providers
Coordinate on-site meetings, events, and team activities
Provide calendar, travel, and expense support to a small group of senior leaders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed

About You
2+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role
Impeccable organizational and time management skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle multiple priorities with poise
