Description: CURIS System is seeking an Office Administrator/Office Manager to support our Senior Management in our Oviedo office. As an Office Administrator/Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day to day operations of the business by coordinating high level duties and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the executive team. This role is fast paced, dynamic, and engaging. If you are a self-starter, eager to learn, and enjoy working closely with a small team, this position is for you.
Duties: As an Office Administrator/Office Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality; especially with matters directly impacting global operations of the company.
Directing office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Managing the executive staff schedules and travel related business.
Assisting executive staff with assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
Conserve time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed in advance.
Coordinating office events, meeting, and other administrative duties as needed.
Excellent communication skills and ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Preparing agendas and maintaining calendars for senior management.
Overseeing telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
Maintaining detailed records, documentation, and files.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Always act with outstanding customer experience in mind.
Managing office equipment and ensuring the workplace is organized and functional.
Desired Skills: Candidates applying for this position should demonstrate organizational skills, multitasking, computer literacy, attention to details, meeting deadlines and excellent communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) are required.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
Must have at least 5 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment requiring exceptional multi-tasking skills. Resumes without the five-year experience requirement will not be considered.
College degree preferred.
