Ascend Mental Health is hiring a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our growing team. This is a key front
desk position where you’ll welcome clients, assist with documentation, coordinate resources, and keep the office
running smoothly. You’ll also record meeting minutes to support staff and leadership.
Key Duties
• Greet clients, answer phones, and manage check-in.
• Assist clients and staff with electronic documentation and EHR systems. • Accept payments and co-pays via electronic system.
• Take meeting minutes, prepare agendas, and distribute summaries.
• Connect clients with local resources (housing, food, transportation, etc.).
• Support outreach efforts and initial contact with partner agencies.
• Manage supplies, vendor coordination, and general office needs.
Previous Experience Request
• Previous administrative/front desk experience (mental health/healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams), EHR databases, Adobe, and electronic documentation
systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
